The creation of an artist’s studio/flat within an A-listed Georgian townhouse demanded a clean and minimalist approach to the detailing, to provide an uncluttered light filled environment to allow Alison to focus on her art.
Through Helen Lucas & her team, the idea of my studio became a beautiful reality.
A purpose-made Corian work top templates to the complex angles of the existing space to provide a clean, durable elegant and mastic-free solution to paint brush cleaning.
The canvas storage unit has been detailed like a fine piece of furniture to allow it to sit elegantly within the library space, complementing the simple spray painted bookshelves.
The original hinged panelled Georgian double doors have been restored.
