New houses by Aros Burn, Mull

The proposed development sits to the south of the road into Tobermory, opposite Aros Park.

It consists of 5 individual housing plots with the Aros Burn passing between. Each of these will be building plots for 4 bedroom homes, with associated car parking and landscaping. Plot sizes vary between 1100 – 2500m2. 

The houses are designed to be low carbon, with materials that complement the rural surroundings. They will be sheltered by a belt of trees.
