Will joined Helen Lucas Architects in 2015, attracted by the practice’s expertise in contemporary intervention to historic buildings. Studying at Edinburgh College of Art, he gained a Master of Architecture in 2012

Will has worked across a range of disciplines, including landscape and urbanism with an emphasis on community engagement in Erz Ltd., Glasgow, and latterly in office and arts buildings with Malcolm Fraser Architects, Edinburgh. He is interested in the collaborative process of design, through drawing and modelling, and how this can help people realise the best of the spaces they inhabit. Will was promoted to Senior Associate in 2023.
