Seaview House

This project saw the extensive retrofit of a seafront terraced house situated on the fringes of Edinburgh.

The design introduced energy saving upgrades that, alongside a full renovation, improved and modernised the property. Key interventions included the addition of a large opening that faces out to the sea. Working with Edinburgh Contractor to realise the design, the opening now draws daylight into the interior while offering clear views of the coast. 

A new kitchen by deVOL Kitchens perfectly compliments the natural serene palette of the Scottish seas, creating a seamless transistion between the exterior views and interior design. Fitted with bespoke joinery, the space is now maximised to reach the house's full potential.
