Locally sourced and environmentally sound materials were used wherever possible, including shelving made from locally grown oak, linoleum and oak flooring, and ecological paint throughout. The purpose made shelving and Corian counter were provided by local furniture designer/makers Paul Kerlaff and Bodan.
