Marchmont Road Offices

Helen Lucas Architects refurbished new offices on Marchmont Road over the summer of 2015, to accommodate themselves and Jenny Brown Associates. The premises has been carefully altered so as to maximise natural light and create an open and collaborative working environment.

The lower floor has been opened up to create meeting rooms and scullery, which are provided natural light through new oak staircases and a small glass floor.

New lighting unifies the three shopfronts which form the upper office level, with new structural openings allowing for flow of movement and views from front to back.
